What the green “Visited by our team” seal means
A listing earns the green seal once one of our people has physically stood inside the flat. It tells a tenant or buyer that the home exists and matches what the owner described. Listings that have not been visited are still shown, just without the seal, and each listing says who posted it: the owner or APKACOMPLEX.
Every new listing is also reviewed by our team before it goes live, and every owner is confirmed with a one-time code sent to their phone.
How to list your flat in five steps
- Open apkacomplex.com/homes and tap “List my home free”.
- Enter your mobile number and confirm the one-time code.
- Add the basics: rent or sale, BHK, area, society, bathrooms, facing, parking and furnishing.
- Upload photos and set your price.
- Submit. Once our team approves it, your listing goes live.

- Use bright, daytime photos of every room and the building entrance.
- Name the society and locality exactly. Most people search by community.
- Be clear about rent, deposit and the date the flat is available.
- Mention parking, facing and floor. They are some of the first questions renters ask.

Yes. Owners living outside India can list too. You verify your mobile number with a one-time code and the rest is done online.
What happens after I submit my listing?
Our team reviews every new listing before it goes live. Once it is approved it appears on the portal and enquiries reach you.
What does the green Visited by our team seal mean?
It means one of our team members has physically visited the flat. Listings that have not been visited are shown without the seal, so tenants and buyers can tell the difference.
How many listings can I post?
Each owner account can have up to 3 listings at a time.
What happens when my 45 days end?
The listing is hidden and you get a 10-day grace period to renew it free. If it is not renewed in that time, it is removed.
