Who we are
APKACOMPLEX is a Bangalore proptech company that works with apartment communities. We help owners rent and sell their flats, help tenants and buyers find and close them, and handle the paperwork that usually sends people from office to office: rental agreements, Encumbrance Certificates, registration support and more. The company is registered as ACX Apkacomplex Services LLP.
The name comes from the Hindi word “apka”, meaning “yours”. APKACOMPLEX reads as “your complex”. We are a separate company from ApnaComplex, which is a different business.

How it works
Most of our services follow the same simple path. You tell us what you need and confirm your mobile number, you pay by UPI where there is a fee, and you track the request with a reference number. When the work is ready, you download the document from the same page. Our team checks each request, so a person looks at your details before anything is filed.

For societies and associations
If you represent a society or an owners’ association, APKACOMPLEX can work with you. We share revenue with the society on the services done in its community, and we give you real-time reporting so the committee can see what is happening. The share is decided by the company, so please talk to our team about the terms that apply to your community.
