If you own, rent or manage a flat in a Bangalore apartment community, you usually need several things in a week: a trusted place to find homes, a rental agreement, a no-dues certificate, an update from the society. They end up in different chats and different websites.
The APKACOMPLEX app puts them in one place on your phone. It is free, it opens in a second, and you sign in with a code sent to your mobile number. There is no password to remember.
What you see depends on who you are
The app opens with a short sign-up. Choose whether you are an owner, a tenant, a lister or part of a society committee, and the Home screen changes to match.

Find homes and the marketplace
The Homes tab shows flats for rent and sale in Bangalore with real photos. Our associates visit homes and mark verified listings with a seal, so you know what you are looking at.
The Market tab in the middle of the bar is for everything around the home, not only flats.
Communities, with real photos
The Communities screen shows the apartment communities we work with, such as Brigade 7 Gardens, Brigade Northridge, Brigade Bricklane and Godrej Eternity. Open one to see the community page and the services available to its residents.
Services in a few taps
The Services tab lists what we do: rental agreements with digital signature, rental management, resale support, documentation and encumbrance certificates. Search for what you need and tap it.
Your account, in your hands
The Account tab shows your details and, for owners and tenants, the flat linked to you. Agreements you have started show their status, so you do not need to ask.
You can edit your name, email and city. Every change is confirmed with a code sent to your phone. If you change your mobile number, we ask for a code on the old number and then one on the new number, so nobody else can take over your account.
If a detail on your flat is wrong, tap “Ask us to correct it” and send us a message on WhatsApp.
How to install it
On Android (Chrome)
Open apkacomplex.com, tap the menu with three dots, then “Install app” or “Add to Home screen”.
On iPhone (Safari)
Open apkacomplex.com, tap the Share button, then “Add to Home Screen”.
Open the new APKACOMPLEX icon on your home screen. You land on the sign-up screen, then straight into Home.

Is the app free?
Yes. Installing and signing in cost nothing.
Do I need a password?
No. We send a 6-digit code to your mobile number each time you sign in.
Is it in the Play Store or App Store?
Not yet. Store apps are coming soon. Until then, you install it from our website in a few taps, which is quick and takes almost no space on your phone.
Does the website still work?
Yes. The website stays as it is. The app is an easier way to use APKACOMPLEX on your phone.
Who do I ask if something looks wrong?
Message us on WhatsApp from the Account tab and our team will fix it.
