Does the person know about the check?
Yes. They get a link on their own phone, read what will be checked and approve it with an OTP sent to their number. Without their approval, nothing starts.
What does the check cover?
A search of court records using the name, father's name, address, Aadhaar and PAN the person gives, so the right person is matched. It does not include employment, education or police verification.
What does "no record found" mean?
That nothing turned up in the records searched. It is useful information for your decision, not a certificate of character.
What do you keep?
The person's details, including Aadhaar and PAN, are stored encrypted, used only for this check, and erased within 90 days after it closes. You see the result, not their address, date of birth, Aadhaar or PAN.
Who does the search?
Our verification partner carries out the search. APKACOMPLEX manages the request and your result.
How do I pay?
Once the person approves, the My requests page shows a UPI QR code for ₹450. Scan it with any UPI app, then enter the UPI transaction ID on the same page. The check starts after we confirm the payment.
