How we verify a listing

Anyone can list a home on APKACOMPLEX. A green Visited seal means one of our people has been inside that flat. Here is exactly what we do, and what we do not.

What happens on a visit

    The owner lists the flat
    Owners add their own details and photos. The listing goes live as Not yet visited once we have checked it for duplicates.

    We send an associate
    When someone asks for a visit, we send a one-time link to one of our associates. This works even if the owner is abroad.
  3. 3
    Live photos at the flat
    The associate takes the photos with the phone camera, one by one, inside the flat. Photos from a gallery are not accepted.
  4. 4
    We check the location
    Each photo records where the phone was. It must be inside the community, taken just now, and not used for any other flat.
  5. 5
    The seal appears
    If everything matches, the listing shows Visited with the date. If something looks off, a person on our team looks at it first.

The seal tells you

  • Our team member was physically at the flat.
  • The date of that visit.
  • The photos were taken live, in the community, during the visit.

The seal does not tell you

  • That the person listing legally owns the flat.
  • That the papers are clear. Ask for the documents, or ask us to check them.
  • That the rent or price is fair.

Your privacy

The photos from our visit are never shown on the website. They are kept private by us, and we do not show flat numbers. What you see on a listing is the owner's own photos, plus the seal and the date.

Questions

Does Not yet visited mean the listing is fake?

No. It only means nobody from our team has been to the flat yet. You can ask us for a visit before you decide.

What if the flat changes after the visit?

The seal shows the visit date, so you can see how recent it is. Owners can ask for a fresh visit.

What do Listed by APKACOMPLEX and Listed by owner mean?

Listed by APKACOMPLEX means our team manages the listing directly. Listed by owner means the owner posted it, and it stays live for 45 days unless they renew it.

Is it free to list a home?

Yes. Listing is free, and you can renew your listing free whenever you like.
